Mission Statement:

To create a united trail community promoting and supporting California’s Trails and Greenways

 

 The California Trails and Greenways Foundation (CTGF) is a 501(c)3 Tax Exempt non-profit organization that believes in a shared use non-motorized trail system, strong educational programs, sweat equity, and collaboration with public land managers.

 

State Trails and Greenways Conference

We use our resources to provide financial support to the Annual California State Trails and Greenways Conference

The CTGF Board Members assist in the planning and organization of the conference. In addition, we present pre-conference workshops, moderate and speak at the educational sessions and judge the annual Conference Awards Program.

 

Grants

The CTGF has a Grant Program that appropriates a maximum of $5,000 annually. This program is open to 501(c)3 organizations that can use the funds to further their goals for trails and greenways in their community. The deadline for Grant submittal is March 15, 2017.

Trail Champion Award

The criteria and application for the "Trail Champion Award" is available for viewing on the California Trails and Greenways Conference website. This award is for individuals that have made a significant contribution to trails and greenways at a local level. The 2017 deadline for this award was January 9, 2017.
